Ok first thought:
Why is the fading in drum/instrumental (not the original bundem song), not in the same time step as the bundem song? This makes a really nasty intro beat and is confusing because there is no rythem. Make that delay or echo a 3 step (not 4).
Going futher into the song, the hi hats? WHY are they 4 step again? No concept of timing!
If you are going to fix this is anyway...Check your time step!
I agree that the intro is a little off beat, however, I have tried to find a way to make it fit better, but everything I did made it worse. The hats are fine though. They are on each 8th note, while the kick and snare is primarily halftime. The hats are fine.
This song has that real typical NewGrounds Sound. Cheap sawtooths and just loads of drums with what sounds like preset samples. The harmonics involved are typical of many songs (these chords transposed):

And remixing a track you have already made is a sign of someone who has not got the old version the way they want it.
But the use of build ups (which I hope are not presets), are very nice. Your ability to mix and eq the drums is VERY impressive. It is a shame that this song is listed under house, more like happy hardcore or some other electronic genre. This is not house at all and hence why the low score.
The song itself is very monolithic and more like a loop on repeat with build ups and breakdowns. What would I do differently? Firstly I would make a chorus that is intense with may layers of harmonies building up to a break down with a piano and strings. This calms down and allows for a second buildup.
